History: Neoku was born to two parents. His father and mother were killed by the marines so he set out to be a great pirate .One day while walking on the shore he hit his foot accidentally and he fell down hard. He saw a small chest he opened it and it was a devil fruit called Kage Kage no mi and he ate it gained its powers to control shadows.

Power & Abilities:
Kage Kage no Mi- Devil Fruit that gives the user the ability to manifest and control shadows as a tangible physical form.
*Polka Remise - Polka Continuation: A technique in which the user delivers several thrusts against an opponent. Visually, due to the user's speed, it looks as if they are thrusting with several swords.
