This site will only allow canon techniques to people who will legitimately make them themselves.

Hand to Hand techniques are skills that are only usable with a certain fighting style. Without Martial Arts, you cannot use these kind of techniques. These are broken into tiers which require a certain number of technique points.

Tier 1 (1-10 Martial Arts)

Very Basic techniques, which you could do free-form or even casually. Generally, these are very simple and you could do them anyways, and are little more than a simple punch or kick, even taking the amount of skill that a child would have to complete. A good example would be you throwing a punch at your opponent with your left arm. Very basic, and otherwise pretty weak. These come in handy when you are in a higher level of martial arts. Generally, these will cost 1 technique point.

Tier 2 (11-50 Martial Arts)

This kind of technique is more interesting than tier one. These can also be simplistic and somewhat free-form, but less so than tier one. These are also more powerful, and take slightly more skill to do, enough skill to actually say you are a fighter. A good example would be an uppercut to the chin with as much force as you can do. Generally costs 2 technique points.

Tier 3 (51-100 Martial Arts)

This is the level of technique where an attack will have added, but not unrealistic effects on the opponent when it hits them. These require a good deal of skill with fighting, more than just being able to fight someone, generally MMA level. A good example would be, you duck down low, then jump up, with a quick and powerful rising uppercut, while twisting your fist skillfully. With a clean hit, it will send them spiraling into the air, with a major jaw ache maybe even broken if they are weaker than you. These will generally cost 3 technique points.

Tier 4 (101-150 Martial Arts)

This is the level where an attack can have slightly supernatural effect to it. It will usually make sense, but still requires a great deal of skill. Usually a teacher of a martial art will have a few tier four skills in their arsenal. A good example would be a quick punch that moves so fast that it hits an enemy from a long distance, or maybe a kick that paralyzes a leg. Generally cost 4 technique points each.

Tier 5 (150-200 Martial Arts)

This is an advanced level, where an attack can have a pretty good supernatural effect. These are generally impossible to do in real life, no matter how skilled you are. A good example would be a strong punch to the stomach, that sends the enemy flying on a wave of force, followed by a second one that sends a lightning-fast shockwave at the first shockwave to cause an explosive shockwave. Generally cost 5-10 technique points.

Tier 6 (200+ Martial Arts)

This is the most advanced level of Martial Arts. Generally it is an attack that is so fast it cannot be dodged though any supernatural effect from the attack will do, from collecting a high amount of static electricity enough to completely fry a person's nervous system in a blow, to a massive shockwave that will explode in a more massive shockwave from a single punch. These are considered the most fatal attacks in martial arts. Generally cost 11-25 technique points apiece.
