Doflamingo possesses an as-of-yet unnamed ability to control people's bodies like puppets. He can make his victims move as he wants by moving his fingers accordingly. Doflamingo mainly uses this power to force comrades to fight (and kill) each other, while Doflamingo himself sits at the sidelines and watches.

It is currently unknown what the limitations of his abilities are. He has shown himself capable of controlling more than one person at the same time, without apparent effort. Every one of his victims being controlled were unable to resist his powers and therefore were rendered completely helpless. This ability is even strong enough to stop the physically strong "Diamond" Jozu in his tracks, preventing him from further attacking Crocodile.

In addition to controlling people, Doflamingo has demonstrated that he can effortlessly slice off body parts. He managed to cleanly sever Oars Jr.'s leg in one swift motion and decapitated Crocodile, though Crocodile's Logia powers only made this a nuisance. Whether his abilities stem from a Devil Fruit or from some other means, or if it is related to his puppeteer ability, is unknown.




Haki

Busōshoku Haki
(Color of Armaments) is another form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. Similar to Tekkai, precious few can overpower the defenses of a Busōshoku Haki-user, as demonstrated

This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, be it melee or ranged, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users.

Kenbunshoku Haki
(見聞色, Color of Observation; also known as Mantra (心綱 (マントラ), Mantora; kanji means "Mind Rope" in Skypiea) is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. When using this type of Haki, one can predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. Weapon-wise, Hannyabal was seen wielding a pitchfork, like many of his subordinates, but has not been seen using that in battle (except in the anime). Instead, his signature weapon is a double bladed naginata (a Japanese halberd) called Kessui (血吸, literally Blood Sucker), which he is quite skilled in wielding. He is capable of performing a variety of attacks with it, and, most surprisingly, is also able to spin it wildly and create flames to deter any opponent.[4] The fact that he's capable of using with such skill a weapon with two blades, which could potentially injure an unexperienced user as well as the enemy, is a testament to his swordsmanship.

His subordinates say he only uses this weapon when he is serious, a statement which was proven to be true, as in fact he was seen carrying Kessui in a package on his shoulders and subsequently wielding it only during the most critical moment of the rebellion in Impel Down, when the Blackbeard Pirates attacked the gaol

Along with fanfare being played by guards alongside him, Hannyabal twirls the sword in such a way that it creates two flaming wheels at his sides. Then he uses this flaming spear to attack his enemies by slashing and burning them.

The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye.

Kamisori (剃刀, Razor?): Used by Lucci. A combination of Geppou and Soru, where Lucci uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions

The Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass?) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.

Tekkai "Utsugi" (鉄塊「空木」, Iron Mass: "Deutzia"?): Used by Lucci. This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter instead, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

* Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin (生命帰還　紙絵武身, Life Return: Paper Drawing Fighting Form?): Used by Lucci. Using Seimei Kikan (Life Return, the same Sennin technique as Kumadori), he makes his half-leopard form smaller, lighter, and possibly increasing his speed. At any rate, he is much more agile in this form, and harder to hit - as opposed to his hulking normal half-leopard form. In the FUNimation dub, this is called Rebirth: Sketch Form, and in the Viz manga, this is called Life Return Paper Art Fighting Form.

* Seimei Kikan: Kaijo (生命帰還　解除, Life Return: Cancel?): Used by Rob Lucci while in his smaller half-leopard form. It cancels his Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin technique, and returns to his larger, stronger half-leopard form. In the Viz Manga, this is called Life Return Release.

The Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary

Shigan "Ouren" (指銃「黄蓮」, Finger Gun: "Yellow Lotus"?): Used by Lucci. This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique that hits the enemy multiple times

Onigumo apparently ate some sort of Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to grow three pairs of spider-like black arms and a spider abdomen from his back. With these spider-like appendages and his own two human arms, he is capable of wielding a total of eight sabers, in a similar fashion to Hatchan's Six Sword Style.[5] These spider-like arms seem to be produced from his elongated hair.

Hina is a skilled unarmed combatant, being able to beat Mr. 2 Bon Kurei in a one-on-one fight. Hina has eaten the Devil Fruit Ori Ori no Mi, granting her the ability to let others pass through her body, in the process getting trapped in a ring of iron. She can also extend her arms to form a cage to produce the same effects to people who pass through its bars.
The major strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Hina, is that it gives the ability to bind foes via two main means. The first is by having the foes simply pass through the user's body. The second is having the foes pass through the metal bars that the user can create. The fruit so far doesn't seem to have any specific weaknesses outside the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

-- Awase Baori (Lined Kimono Feather Cage): After surrounding an area with a fence-like cage of bars that come out of her arms, Hina closes the cage and binds anyone that is caught inside.

--Tekkai: The tekkai hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.

Rokushiki

The Rankyaku (Storm Leg) is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

Rankyaku "Sen" (Storm Leg: "Line"): used in a stomping action. The air is blasted straight ahead in a line towards the opponent like a bullet, instead of in a curve as witnessed in the normal version.

Rankyaku "Shuriken" (Storm Leg: Shuriken): Used by Kaku. Kaku fires multiple Rankyaku blades in the shape of shuriken.

Haki

Busōshoku Haki (Color of Armaments) is another form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.[2] This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. Similar to Tekkai, precious few can overpower the defenses of a Busōshoku Haki-user, as demonstrated by Luffy striking Marigold hard enough with Gear 2 moves to send her reeling, and Kizaru piercing through Marco with his lasers; it is currently unknown as to what extent or to how long can a proficient user maintain this effect. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others, like the Kuja's arrows. [11]

This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, be it melee or ranged, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users.

Swordsmanship

* Chokkaku Senkō Bōn Sowāru: T-Bone first makes a right angle cut in the air with his sword, and then swings it, sending a rectangular cut forward. This makes a clean, rectangular cut on whatever it hits. In the Viz Manga, this is called Right Angle Flash...!! Bone Soir. The name of this technique is a pun on T-Bone's name and French for good evening, 'bon soir'.

* Chokkaku Hichō Bōn Ōdorī: T-Bone slashes the air and propels a beam-shaped cut at the enemy. The cut is able to bounce off the air on sharp angular turns, and appears with a bird shaped head at the front of the cut. In the Viz Manga, this is called Right Angle Flying Bird Bone... Bird of Prey.

Hiryū Kaen (Flying Dragon Blaze): Using one sword wielded in his left hand with his right hand gripping his left wrist for support (or vice-versa), Zoro jumps high up into the air and slashes his opponent. After slashing them, Zoro's opponent then bursts into flames

Swordsmanship

Hanauta Sanchō: Yahazu Giri (Three-Verse Humming: Arrow-Notch Slash): A technique in which the user slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they didn't attack at all (in fact, to the casual observer it would look like the user simply walked past the victim). Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away, or three steps (verses, as the name suggests), does their opponent only realize the attack.

Aubade Coup Droit (Dawn Serenade: Right-Handed Strike): A thrusting technique with the sword that apparently creates a highly compressed blast of air with enough power to burst its way through a thick wall as if fired from a gun.

Prelude: Au Fer (Prelude: After): A technique in which the user slashes an opponent's weapon almost instantaneously. Apparently intended to disarm the opponent by destroying whatever weapon they might be wielding at close range

Gavotte Bond en Avant (Gavotte: Leap Forward): A sword thrusting technique in which the user propels himself forward in order to strike an opponent.

Hiryū Kaen (Flying Dragon Blaze): Using one sword wielded in his left hand with his right hand gripping his left wrist for support (or vice-versa), Zoro jumps high up into the air and slashes his opponent. After slashing them, Zoro's opponent then bursts into flames

Ittōryū Iai: Shishi Sonson (One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song): Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attack rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and sheaths the sword.

Kuma is one of the few people to have completely defeated the entire Straw Hat Crew. He is also the only character introduced so far that has defeated the crew single-handedly, twice. Although, the crew was extremely weak both times and they were in no shape to fight another battle, much less a Shichibukai (though Kuma's victory was downplayed, as at the first encounter, the crew had just finished battling another Shichibukai, Gekko Moriah, as well as an island full of zombies, and Oars. In the second encounter, they had just battled against a large amount of Marines, PX-4, Admiral Kizaru, and PX-1). He doesn't want the crew dead however since he allowed them to escape.


Devil Fruit

Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Kuma is also able to use his powers to push out the pain and fatigue from the body of another person. These sensations are then manifested into a red bubble resembling a paw. With this technique, the pain the original person suffered can be transferred to another through direct physical contact with the bubble. This transfer leaves the recipient in agonizing pain, and the benefactor feeling healthy and energized though their wounds are not healed.

Pad Hō: Kuma repels the air around him, sending a devastating shockwave toward his opponent. The shockwave can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives damage.

Tsuppari Pad Hō: Kuma first plants both feet firmly on the ground by means of a sumo-style foot stomp. Then, throwing his palms forward multiple times, Kuma fires a vast number of "pressure shots" at the enemy. The way he pushes his palms forward and the stance he takes while performing this technique resemble those used commonly in sumo wrestling. Tsuppari is a thrusting open-handed strike about the upper chest and face, a technique in Sumo.

Ursus Shock: Kuma gathers air with his palms and compresses it into a giant bubble which resembles a paw-print. Once the bubble is compact enough to fit within his hands, he releases the compressed air and sends it toward his opponent. The air quickly decompresses, causing a massive explosion in the form of a bear paw. The force of this blast was powerful enough to knock out most of Kuma's targets on Thriller Bark, as well as encompass the entire island and a sizable portion of the ocean. This was also able to cause massive damage to Oars Jr., a giant with abnormal size. He has shown the ability to control the direction of the attack.

As the warden of Impel Down, Magellan has full control of the prison. However, because of his constant diarrhea, he spends most of his time in the bathroom. Adding to the fact that he sleeps approximately eight hours per day (and discounting meal times and breaks), he only works for approximately four hours per day doing his job. Nonetheless, he has both the authority and the ability to execute any of the prisoners within Impel Down as he sees fit.

Devil Fruit

Doku Doku no Mi

Hydra: Magellan's signature technique. After producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, Magellan is able manipulate it in the form of a three-headed dragon. It seems that it can even separate itself from Magellan to pursue escaping foes. With this creature, Magellan is able to engulf any opponent in deadly poison. The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die. This technique seems to be very infamous within the walls of Impel Down, as the prisoners all know and fear its name and properties. Fire seems to neutralize the liquid the Hydra is made of and prevents it a bit from completely reforming. Should one of its heads be burned, it doesn't completely recover even when Magellan retracts the creature back into his body. This concept is similar to weakness of the mythological Hydra for which the technique is named after. While the Hydra could regrow a severed head, it couldn't if the base of the head was burned.

Chloro Ball: After chewing and blowing up some of his poison like bubble gum, Magellan spits the bubble at high speed towards an enemy. Upon impact, the bubble explodes and releases a cloud of poison gas. The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity.

Venom Road: While producing his Hydra, Magellan completely engulfs himself in the liquid poison. While engulfed, Magellan quickly travels within one of his Hydra's necks and out of its mouth to where he would want to go. Magellan has also used this for vertical travel as well.

Doku Fugu: Taking a deep breath, Magellan inflates his body slightly in order to withstand a physical blow. This is apparently strong enough to withstand against a Gear Second attack. While in this stance, Magellan can blow poisonous liquid bubbles with similar properties to the Hydra. This technique is named after the Poison Blowfish and its defensive ability against predators. Its principle is similar to Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Fuusen technique. The name of this attack is a pun as "Fugu" has different meanings as "emergency" or "deformation" as well as "pufferfish".

Doku Gumo: Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breathe, Magellan creates a fog-like cover in an area. This poisonous fog not only blurs the sight of any opponent caught within in, but also slowly weakens them as well, by gradually robbing away their strength, eyesight, and hearing. This attack's name contains a pun since Gumo can also mean "Spider" and when first released the shape of the cloud resembles a spider.

Venom Demon: Jigoku no Shinpan: Magellan's ultimate attack. He produces an enormous amount of liquid poison, that he calls Kinjite, and, from it, he forms into a massive devil-like entity that mimics his every movement, with its head and hands resemble those of Magellan's. The color of this poison liquid is crimson-colored and releases a noxious smoke to go along with it. The poison made from Hell's Judgment is so toxic that it affects even non-organic objects, with the poison spreading like a disease over everything that makes contact with it, even if not directly, and seems to kill the afflicted victims right away once the infection spreads all the way throughout the body (which seems to be at a very rapid rate). Magellan claimed that this technique is potent enough to destroy all of Impel Down.

Weapon:
The ends of Magellan's horns are detachable, and can be worn like boxing gloves over four fingers (his thumbs stick out). The sharp points allow for the weapons to slash and pierce. Magellan can also transmit his poison abilities through the horns and dissolve anything they touch.

# Mihawk swings his blade to launch a wave of compressed air from his sword, which is able to cut everything in his path, making a powerful long-range slice. A vertical version of this attack was first seen to cut in half Don Krieg's ship and a horizontal version was then seen in attempt to attack Luffy, but missed, slicing a massive mass of ice.

# Sekai Ichi no Zangeki (世界一の斬撃, The Strongest Slash of the World?): This one seems to be Mihawk strongest attack at the moment, as he used it on Whitebeard, nicknamed "The strongest man in the world". Mihawk, using his Kokutou Yoru, launches a massive air compressed wave (even longer than the Moby Dick) towards his opponent, capable of cutting through massive amounts of ice, and supposedly much more. However, "Diamond Jozu" was able to stop it, but if this is because of his diamond-proportions or because of Haki is unknown. It was "named" by one of the war participants when he described the attack. It was first seen used against Whitebeard but was blocked by Jozu's diamond body.

# Mihawk jumps, standing on his sword, and descends to impale his opponent. It was first seen being used against Luffy.

# Mihawk attacks with his Kokutou Yoru at great speed. This technique seems to be more powerful than a normal slash of the sword as it emits some kind of cutting air (but not enough to cover great distances). This was first seen against Luffy.

# Mihawk makes a downward swing to launch a projectile of slicing wind that travels at great speed through the ground. This attack is able to cut through steel with ease and rapidity. It was first seen used against Luffy but was blocked by Mr. 1, who receives all the damage, breaking his steel body in just seconds.

# Mihawk slices the opponent with a spiral-like stream (very similar to Zoro's Sanjūroku Pound Hō) of compressed air with great speed (to even strike a Luffy in Gear Second mode while he's moving)

The powers of the fruit have been used mostly by Jyabura for combat purposes in conjunction with Rokushiki and Tekkai Kenpo in order to make him a more lethal fighter. When used together with his underhanded tactics to make opponents drop their guard in front of him, they give Jyabura an advantage that most predators in the wild have.

* Rankyaku "Lupus Four" (Storm Leg: "Four Wolves"): Used by Jyabura in his half-wolf form. In this powerful attack, Jyabura shoots four Rankyaku projectiles, each in the shape of a wolf, straight at the opponent. Because of their unusual shapes, these Rankyaku seem to explode upon contact rather than cutting, much like compressed air bullets rather than air blades. Jyabura has honed this technique so he is able to initiate it correspondingly with Geppou.

The Shigan (Finger Gun) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Lucci and Jyabura morph into their half-beast forms, enabling the use of their claws to fire the Shigan like an actual modern bullet, instead of simply jabbing their opponent

* Jūshigan (Ten Finger Guns): Used by Jyabura in his half-wolf form. In this attack, Jyabura puts both of his hands together and performs Shigan with all ten of his clawed fingers at once, greatly damaging the opponent.

* Gekkō Jūshigan (Moonlight Ten Finger Guns): A combination of Juushigan and Geppou. After using Geppou to get himself into the air and subsequently avoid his foe's attack, Jyabura finally uses it to launch himself towards his airborne target in a vertical drop. The added momentum and the vulnerable target makes the following Juushigan more effective, and harder to avoid.

* Tekkai Kenpō "Rōga no Kamae" (Iron Mass Style: "Wolf-Fang Stance"): Simply called Rōga for short. Rōga is one of Jyabura's forms of Tekkai Kenpō.

* Tekkai Kenpō "Rouba no Kamae" (Iron Mass Style: "Wolf-Banana Stance"?): A form of Tekkai Kenpō, in which Jyabura seems to combine Tekkai with Soru in order to move at extreme speeds.

* Roukaru Area Network (Wolf-Hunt Area Network): While moving at high speed, Jyabura slashes at his opponent with both hands. Because of his high speed, it appears as if he was attacking with multiple hands.

* Tekkai Kenpō "Don Pōrou" (Iron Mass Style: "Important Wolf Step"): A punch to the opponent's stomach with Tekkai in use.

* Tekkai Kenpō "Matenrou" (Iron Mass Style: "Devil-Heaven Wolf"): Jyabura flips onto his hands, then kicks his opponent up into the air. In the anime, this attack was portrayed as a jumping kick instead.

Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe

Kaku's expertise seems to be in Rankyaku, due to his many variations of the technique. He is also the most proficient swordsman of CP9, being a user of yontoryu (四刀流, Four Swords Style) by using two Shirasaya Katanas and both legs (with Rankyaku). With a Douriki of 2200, he is the second strongest member of the unit.

* Kama Kirin (Scythe Giraffe): Used in half-giraffe form. Kaku strikes an airborne enemy with his somewhat rectangular, and possibly hardened neck. He appears to use Soru to increase the speed of the attack.

* Kirin Hōdai (Giraffe Cannon Stand): Used in half-giraffe form. Kaku stands like a normal giraffe, but pulls his neck into his body, making it smaller.

* Pasta Machine (Pasuta Mashin): Used in half giraffe form, this is Kaku's most ridiculous technique. After pulling his neck in too much from Kirin Houdai, his neck is completely gone, but his arms and legs become very long, like putting dough through a pasta machine. After saying this, he immediately named this attack and got yelled at by Zoro to not name his attacks on the spot. In this mode, he uses his 4-sword technique to the greatest effect, because of his added reach.

* Henchikirin (Bamboo Whip Forest): Used in half-giraffe form. Kaku whips his neck, hitting the opponent repeatedly with his head.

* Mōchikirin (Fierce Bamboo Forest): Used in half-giraffe form. In this attack, Kaku thrusts his head at his opponent with even more ferocity.

* Gekirin (Imperial Wrath): After using Pasta Machine, Kaku uses his yontouryuu technique this way. He uses his arms and legs to fire multiple slashes at the opponent.

* Rankyaku "Amane Dachi" (Storm Leg: "Severing Cut"): Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. In this attack, he spins around quickly in a circle on one hand while performing Rankyaku to create a circle shaped Rankyaku which radiates outward. The attack was powerful enough to cut through the outer walls of the Tower of Justice in all directions. It can also be used to send an enormous mass of Rankyaku at the user's opponent.

* Rankyaku "Kiri Shigure" (Storm Leg: "Giraffe Autumn Rain"): Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. After turning himself into a cube with Tekkai "Mushikaku", Kaku uses Rankyaku towards the ceiling with all four of his limbs. There, the vast mass of small Rankyaku blades bounce back, falling like rain on the enemy.

* Rankyaku "Neji Hakujin" (Storm Leg: "Spiraling Naked Blade"): Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. He does a normal Rankyaku after using his Kyoku Bigan Kirimanjaro, then twists his neck into a screw so the Rankyaku spins in a drill motion.

* Rankyaku "Roudan" (Storm Leg: "Dragon Cut"?): Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. Kaku uses an upward Rankyaku with both of his back legs, creating a large cut similar in appearance to a dragon's fang.

* Rankyaku "Shuriken" (Storm Leg: Shuriken): Used by Kaku. Kaku fires multiple Rankyaku blades in the shape of shuriken.

When Tekkai is used in this form, he eliminates the weak points of his body, particularly his neck, and ensures that not a single spot is vulnerable to his following Kiri Shigure, though he looks ridiculous to his opponents.

Lucci notably uses the fruit's powers to make his Rokushiki techniques like Shigan and Rankyaku more powerful with the addition of claws on his fingers and the added strength in his legs respectively. Lucci, unlike other Zoan users so far, has also used the fruit's power in a more bestial manner, having used his full leopard form in battle to attack Luffy like a real leopard with claws and teeth

Rokushiki

* Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin (Life Return: Paper Drawing Fighting Form): Used by Lucci. Using Seimei Kikan (Life Return, the same Sennin technique as Kumadori), he makes his half-leopard form smaller, lighter, and possibly increasing his speed. At any rate, he is much more agile in this form, and harder to hit - as opposed to his hulking normal half-leopard form.

* Seimei Kikan: Kaijo (Life Return: Cancel): Used by Rob Lucci while in his smaller half-leopard form. It cancels his Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin technique, and returns to his larger, stronger half-leopard form.

The Geppou (Moon Step) allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks

* Rankyaku "Hyoubi" (Storm Leg: "Leopard-Tail"?): Used by Lucci in his half-leopard form. Lucci creates a large, powerful Rankyaku in the shape of a swirl, which is launched at the enemy like a razor blade. When it hits the opponent, he/she is damaged and stunned, with an ability to send him/her flying if they get caught in mid-air by it.

* Rankyaku "Gaichou" (Storm Leg: "Victorious Bird"): Used by Lucci. Lucci creates a large Rankyaku in the shape of a bird, but instead of using his legs, he uses his claws in his half-leopard form. This Rankyaku has a much wider range, greater attack power, and is capable of cleaving steel - something not witnessed from other variations.

The Shigan (Finger Gun) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Lucci and Jyabura morph into their half-beast forms, enabling the use of their claws to fire the Shigan like an actual modern bullet, instead of simply jabbing their opponent

* Shigan "Ouren" (Finger Gun: "Yellow Lotus"): Used by Lucci. This attack is simply a rapid-fire version of the normal Shigan technique that hits the enemy multiple times.

* Tobu Shigan "Bachi" (Flying Finger Gun: "Plectrum"): Used by Lucci. A projectile version of Shigan that fires sharp air bullets from the fingers, similar to "Rankyaku", and are therefore able to pierce Luffy's rubber body. Unlike all other versions, this type of Shigan is launched by flicking instead of jabbing.

* Tobu Shigan "Mitsubachi" (Flying Finger Gun: "Three Plectrum"): Used by Lucci. Same as above, except Lucci launches it three times in three rows.

* Tobu Shigan "Hibachi" (Flying Finger Gun: "Fire Plectrum"): Used by Lucci. Same as Tobu Shigan: Bachi, except that it ignites the victim upon impact.

* Shigan "Madara" (Finger Gun: "Spots"?): Used by Lucci. Appears as Ouren, but is performed with both hands instead of one and in half-leopard form (meaning that his fingers are clawed), this makes for the ultimate Shigan barrage.

The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye

Kamisori (Razor):Used by Lucci. A combination of Geppou and Soru, where Lucci uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movements in three dimensions.

The Tekkai (Iron Mass) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks

Tekkai "Utsugi" (Iron Mass: "Deutzia"): Used by Lucci. This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter instead, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body.

The Rokuougan (Six King Gun) is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Rob Lucci states that only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, which seems to have the same power as an Impact Dial or even a Reject Dial (depending on the amount of energy absorbed by the dial), and causing massive internal injuries

* Rokushiki Ougi: Rokuougan (Six Powers Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun?): Used by Lucci. This is the ultimate Rokushiki technique that can damage an opponent internally, similar to the Impact Dial, or of equal or more strength to the Reject Dial, but the technique is considered to be much more powerful, and can be performed without the side effect of great pain to the user. It appears to be two fists held at close range that can damage the opponent with a blast powerful enough to cause even Luffy to cough up blood and come close to death. In the Viz Manga, this is called Six Powers Supreme Six King Pistol.

* Sai Dai Rin: Rokuougan (The Largest Ring: Six King Gun?): Used by Lucci in his half-human half-leopard form which gives him the advantage of having a tail which is used to immobilize an opponent if they attempt to escape it, this technique is used in the same way as Rokuougan, except now with a larger attack radius and greater attack power. The move is so powerful that the shock wave it sends out can punch a hole in rock even after going through its intended target, similar to Bartholomew Kuma's Pad Cannon technique.

Hie Hie No Mi

* Ice Age: An attack used only near the ocean or another large area of water. Aokiji places his hand in the water, then in an instant freezes it (along with anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extent of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week. This was first seen freezing a massive area of ocean for Tonjit and Shelly to travel through the Long Ring Long Land. An alternate version of this is where Aokiji places his hand to the ground and uses his ability to instantly freeze an entire huge area turning it into an cold, frozen wasteland for one week. Not only does it freeze the area, but anything and everything in the area, including living organisms, into completely frozen statues.

* Ice Saber: Aokiji picks up several thin objects, such as blades of grass, and throws them into the air. Then he blows on them with an icy breath that freezes them into a large, jagged sword of ice.

* Ice Time : Aokiji touches his opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue. They can remain alive for some time in their icy form, but any decent hit will shatter them to pieces. If the ice is melted quickly the user can back to normality with ease.

* Ice Block: Partisan: Aokiji creates several spears of ice and then hurls them at the enemy.

* Ice Time Capsule: Using his powers, Aokiji sends a wave of ice along the ground, anything it hits is frozen in place.

* Partisan : Aokiji throws several spears of ice at the opponent. Unlike Ice Block: Partisan, which are merely icicles, these spears are more well shaped, featuring trident-like tips.

* Ice Ball: Aokiji freezes his opponent in a giant sphere of ice. It was first seen against Whitebeard, but the attack failed due to Whitebeard forming a vibration around himself, causing the ice to shatter before it could freeze him solid.[

* Ice Block: Pheasant Beak ,: The source of Kuzan's nickname. Aokiji releases a massive wave of ice in the shape of a pheasant.

Haki

Busōshoku Haki (Color of Armaments) is another form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others

* Yasakani no Magatama (Eight Shaku Curved Jewel): Kizaru uses both hands to fire a torrent of deadly light particles, causing extreme damage to whatever they hit. Kizaru can control the spread of the attack, limiting it to a single person over covering a wide area. It can also penetrate water with ease. I

* Ama no Iwato (Cave of the Sun God): A video game only special attack, debuted in Gigant Battle,[11] and has yet to make an appearance in the actual series' mainstream. Kizaru shoots a laser beam from his feet in the form of a monkey head.

Akainu possesses a currently unnamed Logia-class[9] Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to transform his body into magma and manipulate it at will. As a Logia, Akainu can let physical attacks pass through him without injury and can only be wounded with the use of Haki, Kairoseki, being caught off guard and his elemental weakness. Apparently, Akainu is aware of Haki and found some way to avoid Haki attacks, even after Marco and Vista sliced him in the neck with Haki infused attacks.

* Dai Funka (Great Eruption): Akainu's signature technique, he transforms his right fist into one made out of pure lava before throwing it forward, like an over-sized rocket, and similar in size to that of Luffy's fist whilst he's in Gear Third. The explosion causes volcanic rock to hit the ground, in a method similar to meteors.

* Ryūsei Kazan (Meteor Volcano): Akainu creates a great number of lava fists that he fires into the air in order to let them rain down upon the battlefield, causing enormous amounts of area damage. This looks like a cross between a meteor shower and a volcanic eruption.

* Ganshō Kenga (Magma Dog Fang): Arguably the source of Sakazuki's nickname, Akainu creates a wave of magma, shaped like a dog's head, and launches it against his opponent.

* Meigō (Dark Dog?): Akainu transforms his hand into magma and lashes out at the opponent with a claw-thrust.

The first and foremost strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Moria, is that its user is able to manifest shadows into a physical form. With this power, the user is able to grab hold of their victim's shadow. They are then able to cut it with a pair of scissors as if it were a cloth. With the shadow, they are then able to place it into a lifeless corpse in order to create a zombie minion. The minion that is created retains the mannerisms and abilities of the victim. The minion, however, is only as strong as the body it is composed of. The minion by itself also doesn't inherit any Devil Fruit powers of the original owner of the shadow. Though the minion doesn't inherit any Devil Fruit powers, the Kage Kage no Mi user can manipulate the minion's shadow so that its body can simulate the body changing abilities, such as those of some Paramecia Devil Fruit users.

* Doppelman (Dopperuman, lit. "Silhouette"): the name of the dark silhouette like figure Moria made using his own shadow. With this "shadow clone", Moria can use it to fight in his stead.

* Brick Bat (Burikku Batto, lit. "Fragment Bats"): Moria transforms his "shadow clone", Doppelman, into a myriad of balls. These balls then turn into a swarm of bats that can attack an opponent. After being used, the bats can merge back together to reform Doppelman.

* Black Box (Burakku Bokkusu, lit. "Shadow Box"): while in his form upgraded by Shadow's Asgard, Moria turns his shadow, made even larger by his Shadow's Asgard colossal form, into several Brick Bats. He then has them transform and completely encase an opponent in a black box made out of solidified shadows. With his opponent encased in the box, Moria is then capable of smashing the opponent with either his hands or feet.

* Kage Kakumei (Shadow Revolution): Moria implants his shadow into a victim. With it inside, he is able to manipulate the shape of the victim's shadow. When the shadow's shape is changed, the victim's body will be changed too.

* Kagemusha (Shadow Warrior): a technique in which Moria can swap places with Doppelman at any time, allowing Moria to practice a form of teleportation of sorts, making it very hard to hit him.

* Shadow's Asgard (Shadōzu Asugarudo, lit. "Territory of Gathered Shadows"): a technique in which Moria empowers himself with the shadows he has stolen by devouring them. In doing so, his size and physical strength are increased in proportion to the amount of shadows he has absorbed. On Thriller Back, he accomplished this by using his own shadow to impale and remove the shadows of his zombie minions, absorbing 1,000 shadows into himself. The large number of shadows increased his proportions to rival that of Oars, and gave him physical strength sufficient to split Thriller Bark in half with a single attack. In this form, Moria's neck bloated to extreme proportions, similar to how a gecko puffs up its throat when threatened. His horns also became longer and his hair became spike-like in manner. His arms also became very huge while his legs became longer compared to their original stubby appearance. Because of his body proportions in this form, Moria was forced to walk on all fours, further referencing a gecko.

* Tsuno-Tokage (Horn Blade Shadow): gathering his shadow together, Moria shoots out a large shadow spear at an opponent. The tip of this spear resembles a horned lizard.

History: Three years ago, when Morgan was still a mere soldier, he and his crew attacked the Black Cat Pirates one night, only to incur the wrath of their captain Kuro. Morgan was the only survivor on board of his ship, which left him with a broken jaw. Refusing to beg for his life, Morgan challenged Kuro to bring him death. However, Morgan surviving the pirate's deadly claws was deemed impressive.

Appearance: Morgan is a very tall, intimidating man with white-blond hair and a steel jaw. His right hand is replaced by a huge steel axe, the handle of which seems to go right through his forearm. Like most marines of high rank in the series, he wears a large, billowing coat like a cape. He can also normally be seen smoking a cigar.

In battle, Morgan has a massive axe installed in place of his right arm, to which was strong enough to slash through an entire wall with one swing through a shock wave

History: Very little has been said about Smoker's past; what is known is that he joined the Marines at the same time as Hina. However, it appears that Hina has had to help Smoker before in situations where he was almost kicked out of the Marines

Appearance: Smoker is a muscular white haired man, who carries the very distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once. He wears a large thick white and blue specialist Marine jacket which he keeps open with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket which has the kanji for '"justice'" written on the back of it. He carries a Seastone tipped jutte as his weapon. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots.

Moku Moku no Mi

* White Out: Smoker shoots clouds of normal smoke from his arms and uses them to engulf his opponent, then makes the smoke denser to hold them in place.

* White Blow: Smoker shoots a cloud of dense smoke from his arms to blast his opponent hard. After striking, he can then trap his opponent as with the White Out attack. He has another variation of this attack where he turns only one arm (except his fist) into smoke and launches the fist at his opponent as a long-range punch.

* White Snake: Smoker launches a long "snake" of dense smoke from his hand that he makes follow the opponent until it hits and grabs them. This is sometimes followed by him thrashing his foe around.

* White Spark: Smoker transforms his whole body into a cloud of dense smoke and charges at the opponent.

* White Vine: Smoker transforms into a spiraling column of smoke to trap his enemies or to grab an airborne target.

* White Launcher: Smoker transforms himself into smoke and launches himself at his opponent, then re-solidifies and pins him down with the Kairoseki jutte.

Smoker's Jutte

As the jutte is tipped with Seastone, it can be used to nullify Devil Fruit powers simply by contact. Smoker uses this to his advantage to strike such opponents, as well as to stop them by sapping them of their powers and mobility. He uses it in conjuncture with his Moku Moku no Mi powers to get close to his opponents in order to make his strike land.
