Personality: Dracule is reserved most of the time. Personally he finds it useless to have emotions in very serious situations, because all it opens, are doors for misconception. The only time he would be carefree with his emotions, is with friends( the few trusted ones he have), because it takes a really long time for him to trust anyone, which may be one of his good or maybe bad feature. To everyone who is not his rank or higher, Dracule could be seen as lazy, for he could always be seen sleeping, even outside of uniform on many occasions.

Dracule does not take other people's thoughts of him personal, because the belief he has in himself outweighs others. This belief also provides the mental energy he needs to get results for the problems he has. There is a danger to his quiet nature. When he loses control of his emotions, which only happens if he is furious, he would ruthlessly crush all in his sight no matter who they are, which usually has personal consequences.

History: Dracule was born in Dawn Island, to a waitress who served pirates. Dracule is the son of "Flower Blade Vista" who was there to visit the island, but while doing so, he met Dracule's mother. Before his father left with Whitebeard, Dracule was trained to fight with a sword and advanced very quickly. The day his father left was the beginning of his navy life. He rejected all thoughts of his father and everyone who were pirates or linked to pirates. From that day forward, Dracule worked to master swordsmanship and added martial arts dealing with the feet. His advancement in the navy was not easy, he was taken as too serious when dealing with even the lowest bounty pirate. To build and air of laziness around him when he reached officer rank, so that he would be taken lightly by people he did not wish to fight or talk to. After years of hard work and pirate hunting, he was promoted to the rank of Admiral, also mastering his sword style fighting.

Prelude Au Fer - Prelude: After: A technique in which the user slashes an opponent's weapon almost instantaneously. Apparently intended to disarm the opponent by destroying whatever weapon they might be wielding at close range.

Yōkazan - Dark Flame Slash: Saga launches a green-colored flaming projectile from the sword.

San-Juu-Roku Pondo Hou - Phoenix of the 36 Earthly Desires: This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance. To initiate it, Zoro first holds one of his swords horizontally above the shoulder of his sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiralling towards the target, though he could just as well as perform it using any kinds of sword swings.

Ittō-Ryū Iai: Shishi Sonson - One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song: Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attack rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and sheaths the sword. The cut is capable of cutting through steel.

Cost: 3 Technique Points

Hanauta Sanchou: Yahazu Giri - Three-Verse Humming: Arrow-Notch Slash: A technique in which the user seemingly instantly slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they didn't attack at all. Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away or 3 steps or "verses" as the name suggests, does their opponent only realize the attack. It seems to employ elements of instant sword-draw-and-resheath since it is generally initiated with the user moving towards the intended target with a naked blade and walks past them before sheathing it back. It is usually at this point that the victims start manifesting the effects of this high-speed attack. The actual attack is however not seen clearly due to the speed it implemented. The technique is highly versatile, since with it, the user can slash multiple targets at once and if they so wish, the damage they inflict can be as fatal or as incapacitating as they like.

Hakoku - Warrior Nation: Putting all of their strength into it, Dorry and Broggy each call upon Elbaf's "warrior code", and slash their weapons at the ocean, creating a "air cannon" beam that will slice through anything in their path, even the ocean itself.

Rankyaku - Storm Leg: A projectile technique in which the user kicks out at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.

Cost: 2 Technique Points

Rankyaku "Amane Dachi" - Storm Leg: "Earth-Severing Sound of Heaven"): Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. In this attack he spins around quickly in a circle on one hand while performing Rankyaku to create a circle shaped Rankyaku which radiates outward. The attack was powerful enough to cut through the outer walls of the Tower of Justice in all directions, it can also be used to send an enormous mass of Rankyaku. Kaku says that this is his most powerful Rankyaku.

Collier Coup - Neck Turnover: Another kick to the neck but this time Sanji does it whilst still on the ground.

Cost: 1 Technique Point

Épaule - Clavicle Schnitzel Kick Off: A downward kick targeting the opponent's shoulder, meant to knock them off balance or drive them into the ground.

Cost: 1 Technique Point

Côtelette - Ribs Kabosh: Dropping down into a one-handed handstand position, Sanji kicks the opponent hard in the ribs, this attack is usually followed by Selle.

Cost: 1 Technique Point

* Sélle - Lower Back: Commonly used as a combo attack with Côtelette, using the momentum from the Côtelette attack Sanji (still in a handstand) spins around in the opposite direction to deliver a fast kick to the opponent's lower back or lumbar region.

Cuisseau - Turkey Tenderizer: Often used right before or after Jarret, Sanji sends a hard kick to the opponent's thigh. This can be used to attack or block an incoming kick.

Just so you can know you still have 5 skill points to use, and your 1 technique point over but i'll let that slide.

You have 780 to destribute through out your stats (agility, endurance, swordmanship, etc.) and next to the stats you put you add the bonuses you have for tthat stat in a bracket all summed up. Do stats and i'll approve

ok ur 20 ap higher then you should but it's ok, consider it a gift for being the first to register and second, just so you knwo in haki the number of stat you put in it is halfed so your haki is 50 not 100 becuase 2 points equals 1 haki so APPROVED
