Personality: He is considerably brooding. He is considered dangerous, but not really famous throughout the seas with the people as being a threat. Of course, he has his light side too. He can be very friendly when it comes right down to it. He is a pleasure to be around when you are on his side. However he can be quite a pain in the arse if you aren't.

History: He was born the strangest of 3 children. He was born with two different types of heterochromia. One made his eyes different colors, the other made his hair two different colors. Not only this, but they were opposite colors. Whatever the case, he was raised like a normal child. Around age 15 he suffered from a crippling depression. He hadn't the slightest clue where it came from, he wasn't a doctor. So to pass his time, he passionately learned to cook, and fight.

One day he happened upon a strange, exotic looking fruit. He took a small taste to see how it was, and decided that he needed to make this particular fruit taste much better. He was a teenage guy, you shouldn't have expected too much of him while he suffered from teenage depression. He put the fruit in the blender with assorted fruits and berries, and made a smoothie. He drank the whole thing himself, he succeeded in making it taste better. However, what he didn't yet figure out was that he had eaten a devil fruit, well... drank one anyway.

Ever since, the ocean seemed to call to him. He couldn't help it and he soon set sail for something, however he never realized what that something was. Since setting sail, around age 16, he became a pirate. He figured out that he wanted to become the king of pirates, and with that he set his sights towards one piece.

Eko Eko no Mi (Echo Echo Fruit)
The user can make anything they want to echo, echo. This means anything, by echo, this equals out to repeating. This can make sounds echo, air displacement echo, even physical impact echo. The user of this fruit is able to make themselves echo as well, making themselves become repeated. A side effect is that the person who eats this fruit will occasionally repeat themselves for no reason, like an echo.

I'm guessin ur a rookie, put that in your ocupation as rookie pirate and affiliation is if you are in any crew, bring some friends if you want so you can make a crew and a rookie pirate can't have a bounty of 300million make it 50million an dthen i'll approve

That says 30 Million, which is less than what you requested.

ok my bad, approved. Get some friends so the rpg can be funner and larger, but until we get more members feel free to do story mode missions.
